We use this contact information to send the requested information about our company, products and services.  Your information may be stored with a hosting service with whom Bridge has contracted to store such data.  Under no circumstances will Bridge sell, share or rent this information in any manner to any unaffiliated third parties.

In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition or sale of some or all of our business, or insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, we may disclose your personal information. All claims and disputes arising out of these Terms or use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the federal, state or local courts located in Hartford, Connecticut; and, with regard to such claims and disputes, Users hereby irrevocably (i) submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over them by these courts, and (ii) waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Bridge with respect to the Site and its content and users have not relied on any promises or representations made by Bridge, its agents or employees except as set forth herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall fully be enforced possible, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
