Business Development: The Graduate

The Spa at Norwich Inn and Graduate Hotels have formed an agreement to open The Norwich Spa at Graduate Providence in the fall of 2020. This partnership allows The Spa at Norwich Inn to extend and stretch its brand outside of its base in Norwich, CT. Graduate Providence benefits by increasing guest offerings at a high level with the addition of a world-renowned Spa. Bridge assisted in analyzing the marketplace in downtown Providence and concluded that the location provided unique opportunities to grow the spa/salon business through leisure transient guests, group and association attendees, weddings and social events, and local day spa/salon clients. The Spa at Norwich Inn would also have opportunities to drive current customers to the new destination, leveraging the brand outside of Connecticut for the eventual overall growth of both spa properties in visitation and gift card sales.

Bridge Marketing has oversight of three unique spa destinations under The Spa at Norwich Inn brand: a destination spa (Norwich), a casino/resort spa (Foxwoods Resort & Casino), and a chic downtown hotel spa (Providence, RI.) One brand beyond compare, treatments meant for pampering, styles created to be noticed, wellness defined. One set of brand standards that focuses on high levels of customer service and attention to delivering the best spa experience possible.
